Evoking the textures and palette of a lush, vibrant forest, Scott Group Studio unveiled its latest architecture and design collection, Verdant.

Scott Group designers were inspired by the dense foliage, delicate flowers and flowing water found in riotous woodlands on a warm summer’s day. The botanical patterns are juxtaposed against areas of darkness and light that mimic sunlight filtering through a forest’s canopy.

“For Verdant, we wanted to combine both the raw and refined elements found in nature,” said Jennifer Kirchgessner, marketing director. “The immense biodiversity found within a forest really lent itself to developing a variety of patterns that can bring the outside in to any space.”

The collection features a palette of mossy greens, watery blues and vibrant poppy reds interlaced with soft creamy whites. Plush yarns of New Zealand wool, Mulberry silk and cashmere are hand-tufted to create a plush and luxurious feeling underfoot.
