Karndean Designflooring will showcase its full commercial product portfolio, featuring new product ranges, design flooring capabilities, and interactive experiences at NeoCon (booth 7-8116). Guests to the booth will be able to see Karndean Designflooring’s full gluedown offerings.

“Our design components allow commercial designers the freedom to make any design imaginable a reality,” said Larry Browder, CEO. “These components may be used to highlight entranceways and reception areas, create pathways to facilitate employee, patient or student flow, and zone areas of an open space based on function.”

Karndean will highlight its Kaleidoscope collection, which features modular, compatible designs in six geometric forms. Kaleidoscope is a 2016 Good Design award-winner and a finalist in the 2017 Hospitality Design Product Awards. Interactive kiosks will also allow designers to experiment with design flooring using the company’s digital Floorstyle design tool.

Debuting at NeoCon are two of the company’s new floating floors, LooseLay Longboard and Korlok. LooseLay Longboard’s 59” long planks can be laid over existing tile, LVT, and VCT, and anchored in place by Karndean Designflooring’s K-Wave friction grip backing. Making the most of its 59” length, each of the 12 designs displays the intricate details found in the woods that inspired the collection, including Oak, Heart Pine, Walnut and Spotted Gum.

Korlok, a rigid core locking floor, features proprietary K-Core technology, providing superior dimensional stability for installation over most existing and imperfect subfloors, and meets the ASTM standard for indentation resistance. Korlok’s 12 woods were developed with a goal of creating a palette that includes designs inspired by woods that would be cost prohibitive for most projects in their natural state.
