Manheim, Pa. -- Tim Stouffer, Industrial Caulk and Seal (ICS) safety manager, joined dozens of other construction safety professionals from throughout the Mid-Atlantic and North East at the 2019 Safety Academy sponsored through Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Keystone Chapter. The two-day interactive forum was engineered to build on existing construction safety concepts and define not only a safety program but focus on the development of a true safety culture in today’s dynamic construction world.

“Working with the regional and national safety team from ABC has been a critical part of Industrial Caulk and Seal’s ongoing commitment to safety on all projects,” said Stouffer.

The ABC Safety Academy is focused on assisting ABC members with further defining their individual safety program in an ever-changing construction world. The Associated Builders and Contractors Association has taken construction safety to a new level through the development of the ABC STEP program which is a comprehensive safety improvement tool that is defining safety culture in progressive construction companies.

Industrial Caulk and Seal is wholly committed to job site construction safety, and, through the use and implementation of skills learned both in the field and in the classroom, has set the benchmark among subcontractors for maintaining one of the leading integrated safety programs in the industry.
