The Annual Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament – the largest fundraiser supporting the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF)– has been canceled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event, which would have occurred in mid-September, typically raises over $150,000 to support the FCIF in their efforts to assist those in the floor covering industry that have experienced a catastrophic illness, severe disability, or other life-altering hardship. To continue this much needed support, CCA Global Partners is asking that donations be made in lieu of attendance this year.

“While the world we live in has changed dramatically over the past several months, the work of the FCIF assisting those in need in the floor covering industry has not,” Howard Brodsky, co-Founder, Chairman and co-CEO of CCA Global Partners reminds us.

To encourage sponsorships and keep the tradition of giving going, CCA will be developing a special edition of the Alan Greenberg Charity Golf Tournament book this year. The book traditionally serves as a memory of the tournament with photos, awards, and sponsor information. This year’s publication will share memories of the past tournaments, reflections on the history of the event, and even golf tips from the floor covering community.

“The fact that we will not be able to come together this year does not diminish the need for donations to help the FCIF’s mission continue,” urged Rick Bennet, co-CEO of CCA Global Partners.
