Bosch BAT621 5.0 Ah 18V Lithium-ion FatPack battery delivers increased battery power and runtime capabilities for tools, according to the company.

The BAT621 features the patented CoolPack technology for longer recharge life and compatibility with the complete line of Bosch 18V Lithium-ion power tools. 

The company states that the BAT621 is built with high capacity low-resistance lithium-ion cells which increase the overall capacity from the current 4.0 Ah batteries by 25%.  BAT621's Best Built CoolPack heat conductive housing is designed specifically to cool internal pack temperatures. A cooler running battery means longer recharge life.

Leveraging the latest in design innovation, the BAT621 maintains an identical size and weight footprint of the previous Bosch 4.0 Ah and 3.0 Ah 18V batteries. For added convenience, the pack comes standard with a fuel gauge.
