The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) has updated the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) program.

"With the taping of the last two learning modules at the FCICA convention, the entire program has been captured live and is on its way to the CIM candidates," said Kelly Fuller, FCICA's director of education. "Over half of the learning modules and their related tests are now accessible on the CIM portal, with the remaining modules and tests slatted to become available by June of this year.”

According to Fuller, CIM was created for the commercial flooring installation manager and features eight training modules led by industry professionals that speak from years of floor covering installation experience. In addition to online access to the program and continuous FCICA support, each CIM candidate also receives a digital toolbox of resources to further enable their success in the role of installation manager.
