Armstrong Floor Products is unveiling two new hardwood lines, TimberCuts solid  and TimberBrushed engineered floors,  that reflect the beauty of hand-crafted artisanship with abundant rustic charm and distinctive character, said the company.

Part of the Armstrong Artistic Timbers family of hardwoods, both lines will create striking, individualized style statements in the home.

Premium Styling, American Reclaimed Wood Looks
According to the company, the Artistic Timbers TimberCuts collection captures the history and heritage of distressed solid hardwood. Crafted from premium lumber, each TimberCuts plank showcases authentically applied sawn marks with dramatic flair. The collection offers the look of a custom-made hardwood floor in 10 stunning colors and in popular American species like hickory, maple and oak, prized for their natural strength as well as their beauty.

Multi-width planks present a uniquely storied visual that’s at home in any décor, from modern loft to cozy cottage. The random width solid offerings—2-inch, 3-inch and 5-inch widths—are put together in one box, perfectly packaged to offer two unique installation options, said the company.

TimberCuts is protected by Armstrong Lifetime Finish and backed by a Lifetime Limited Residential Warranty and a 10-Year Limited Commercial Warranty.

Weathered Charm, Artistic Flair

The Artistic Timbers TimberBrushed engineered hardwood is textured by gently removing the soft portion of the wood to expose the grain and bring enhanced definition to each plank. According to the company, beautiful knots and dramatic oak character further emphasize the depth and texture. Artistic techniques like liming and deep etching add color effects with dimension, for a floor as beautiful as a work of art.

Like an artist’s canvas, a beautiful hardwood floor can reflect a unique taste or influence. Five of the new looks feature a liming effect, a white stain that embeds itself into the graining, while the other five are a deep etched, wire brushed product, the company said.

TimberBrushed hardwood features ½-inch thick engineered construction and a sliced-faced veneer, creating a floor that more closely resembles the natural grain patterns of solid hardwood.

TimberBrushed hardwood floors are designed for lasting beauty with a Lifetime Limited Residential and 10-Year Limited Commercial Warranty.
