Bona recently welcomed Jeff Sheaves as territory manager on the east coast with responsibility for Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Maryland. Jeff brings more than 38 years of experience in the flooring industry as a contractor, business owner and territory manager for manufacturers and distributors.
A United States Army veteran, Jeff most recently owned Sheaves Floors LLC, a family operated business specializing in wood floor installation and refinishing. He transferred ownership of the business to his son, Aaron Sheaves, so he could join the Bona team. Jeff first began installing hardwood floors at age 16. Since then he has worked as territory manager for BHC Inc., Castex/Nobles Inc. and Hathaway Inc. He is a Virginia Class A Contractor, Bona Certified Craftsman and NWFA Certified Sand & Finisher.
