AHF Products Announces Plans to Purchase Armstrong Flooring

AHF Products released the following statement on July 10, 22:

AHF Products has reached an agreement to purchase certain Armstrong Flooring assets subject to court approval. The sale hearing currently is scheduled for July 12th where the court will be asked to approve the sale.
