Bostik Findley's Construction & Distribution (C&D) Division has promoted two veteran managers within its rapidly growing Flooring Group. Paul Gallagher, national sales manager for the Bostik Findley Flooring Group, will fill the newly created position of business development manager - international & retail for the company's C&D division. Based in Philadelphia, Gallagher will be responsible for all export, affiliate and retail sales in the Americas for the C&D division.
Robert McNamara, Bostik Findley Flooring marketing manager, will take on Gallagher's current sales management responsibilities for the Flooring Group, coupling them with the marketing management duties he has performed since 2000. McNamara will be responsible for 17 sales representatives as well as a growing team of product managers and marketing specialists.
