Five flooring retailers who participated in Anso Nylon's "Time For Changing Colors" sales promotion last fall can now change into Bermuda shorts and set sail for the tropics. The winning storeowners were chosen in a random drawing of dealers who participated in the carpet maker's third annual fall sales event, held in September and October last year.

The company said the 2004 winners, selected from each of the company's five sales regions, will each receive a Carnival Cruise for two, including airfare, to the Caribbean destination of their choice. The winners were: Gudrun Crittendon, Carpet Exchange, Littleton, Colo.; Ghassem Ghanbari, Carpet Exchange, Dallas, Texas; Lisa Marhefka Butler Floor and Carpet Co., Butler, Pa.; Michael Van Cleave, ProSource, Arden Hills, Minn.; and Sue Whitmer, Dalton Carpets 1, Roswell, Ga.

Honeywell Nylon, the marketer of Anso, said this year's event, the fourth annual Anso Nylon National Carpet Sale, will run from Sept. 1 to Oct. 15 with dealer registration set for May 1- June 17. The company said the theme this year, "Harvest of Color," is designed to reflect the warm colors of the autumn season and entice carpet shoppers to think beyond traditional carpet colors when planning their home décor. Included will be hues associated with the fall season including warm reds and browns.
