Advanced Adhesives Technologies (AAT) has named Wade R. Verble to serve as the company's vice president of sales. Verble comes to ATT after amassing more than a decade of experience in the adhesives industry. His resume includes managerial and sales positions at Dalton, Ga.-based Capitol Adhesives, DriTac Adhesives Group and the R.A. Siegel Co.

Burlington Rugs and Monticello Floors have appointed two new executives, Bob Pfautz and Larry Jeffers, to lead its manufacturing facilities in Monticello, Ark. Pfautz has been named vice president - general manager. Jeffers has been named the company's new director of manufacturing.

Pfautz joined the company after 30 years of leading the operations of a variety of companies.

He most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Century Tube Corp. Jeffers is a more than 30-year veteran of the carpet and rug manufacturing industry. He has led manufacturing facilities in the carpet and rug industry for several states, including the Monticello facility from 1995 to 1999.

Columbia Flooring has appointed Shane Calloway as business unit manager for laminate flooring products. Calloway will be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of all aspects of Columbia's business strategy relative to laminate flooring. He will report directly to Steve Bunch, director of business development.

Eliane Ceramic Tiles has appointed James Mayo as United States marketing manager. Mayo, previously marketing/account manager for an information services company, will be analyzing, planning, implementing and controlling marketing activities with Eliane to create customer value and to achieve the firm's objectives.

Nafco by Tarkett has announced that John Bonney has been promoted to national sales manager. Previously, Bonney had served the company as business development manager. He now will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key accounts and helping to build the Nafco brand nationwide. Bonney has been employed at Tarkett since September 2002.
