Kronotex USA has appointed Robert Dichiara as its new vice president and chief financial officer, and Ken Wilkerson as warehouse manager. Dichiara will oversee financial operations and Wilkerson will be responsible for managing all customer support warehouse operations.

Kenneth N. Freedman has joined Alloc Inc. as national key account manager. Freedman is responsible for the development and management of sales to key account and specialty customers throughout the United States. Prior to joining Alloc, he was the director of hard surfaces for the Carpet One Division of CCA Global Partners in Atlanta.

Scott Hayim has been appointed president of Rug Decor, one of 13 affiliate companies of CCA Global Partners. Prior to his appointment, he had served as director of new business development at ProSource, another CCA Global affiliate company.

Action Floor Systems has announced the appointment of Tom Mitchell as general manager of its new Synthetic Sports Floor Division. Mitchell is responsible for aiding Action Floor Systems' national sales organization to introduce and promote the specifications of two new synthetic floor products.

Anderson Hardwood Floors has appointed David Paal to the newly created position of Midwest district sales manager. Paal is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of Gilford Flooring in Jeffersonville, Ind., and Eagan, Minn.-based Herregan Distributors. Paal reports to Carr Newton, Anderson's Eastern regional sales manager.

John Woolsey has been promoted to vice president of marketing at Anderson Hardwood Floors, reporting to COO Jeff Sills. Woolsey, who has 35 years in the industry, joined Anderson as director of marketing in September 2002.

Flexco has appointed Alan Tate as sales manager for the company's newly created Southwest territory, which spans Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, northern Texas, and Oklahoma. Based in Oklahoma City, Tate will be responsible for developing Flexco sales through the new distribution area.

Robina Inc. has added Susan Thompson as operations and logistics manager, and David P. White as sales manager for the West Coast. Previously, Thompson served as vice president of customer service and operations for Kane Carpet. White was previously vice president of sales and marketing, North America, for Scotland-based Forbo/Nairn. With the addition of White, Paul Cullom will move into the position of sales manager for the East Coast.

Witex USA has added industry veteran Paul Trau to its management team. Trau will fill the newly created position of executive vice president of sales and marketing. He has 28 years of marketing, manufacturing and sales experience in the industry. Matt Thornton will continue as vice president of Sales and has been given additional responsibilities.
