John Stern, president of Kentucky Wood Floors, and Randy Koetter, president of Koetter Woodworking, sign the documents to transfer Kentucky Wood Floors assets to Koetter Woodworking.
Koetter Woodworking Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Kentucky Wood Floors Inc. Kentucky Wood Floors manufactures a variety of unfinished and prefinished hardwood flooring. Koetter Woodworking manufactures a range of architectural moldings, cabinet components, hardwood flooring, interior doors, window fashions, and custom millwork.
The existing Kentucky Wood Floors product line will continue to be marketed under the present name. Additionally, the current management and production resources of Kentucky Wood Floors will continue under the new ownership, Koetter Woodworking says.
