William Ghitis, David Trerotola, Kenneth Wall and Alan Wolk have accepted key leadership roles in the new Invista organization. Each of the four will report directly to Jeff Walker, who is slated to be Invista's chairman and CEO. Ghitis, Trerotola, Wolk and Wall were selected as presidents to lead apparel, performance fibers, interiors and intermediates businesses, respectively.

Gary M. Pfeiffer, senior vice president and CFO of DuPont, will assume operating responsibility for Invista in addition to his current assignment until completion of the sale. Steven R. McCracken, formerly Invista's president, will pursue other interests following completion of the sale, but until then will remain on Invista's board of directors.

Additional leaders also have accepted key roles in Invista. Steve Kromer will become Invista's senior vice president of Strategy, Sourcing and Business Development. Kevin Fogarty will become president, Polymers and Resins. Gerold Linzbach will become an Invista vice president and will initially focus on restructuring the company's nylon apparel business. Greg Biederman will become vice president of Specialty Products for Invista.
