Mike Englert has joined Flooring America as vice president of merchandising for Flooring America and International Design Guild, a division of CCA Global Partners. In this role, Englert will develop, strategize, manage, and implement all products, plans and programs needed to support Flooring America and International Design Guild. Most recently, Englert was a buyer for CCA Global Partners.

Sally Kelly, the previous vice president of merchandising, has been appointed as vice president of communications, a newly created position. She will develop interactive programs enabling independent members to effectively exchange business solutions and oversee member communication on both regional and national levels.

Etienne Koth joins Flooring America as a merchandising manager. She will be responsible for managing all merchandising programs and helping to develop, plan and implement all new products and programs. Most recently, she was a buying assistant with CCA Global Partners.
