Morris Lippert


The Arizona Floor Covering Assoc. is set to honor Shaw’s Morris Lippert as its Person of the Year. Executive director Peggy McCarthy said her group plans to poke gentle fun at Lipper during a “roast” set for mid-November. 

A 35 year veteran of the flooring business who is also a member of AFCA’s board of directors, Lippert was chosen for his tireless efforts in promoting the organization, McCarthy says. “Whenever he makes a sales call, he always talks about the association. I’m always getting calls for applications thanks to Morris. He goes the extra mile.” She added that he was responsible for “a lot” of new faces at AFCA.
