Promising individual attention to retailers, NFT columnist and respected flooring consultant Sam Allman has launched a business coaching program for flooring dealers. The program partners dealers with members of the highly experienced team of Allman Consulting, according to Allman. These experts will coach each dealer on implementing “proven business systems that produce financial results.”
Allman stresses that the coaching sessions will focus on the needs of individual dealers. “With today’s competition, our clients are demanding more individual assistance to ensure they are operating efficiently to achieve maximum profits,” he said.
Allman has more than 50 years of retail sales experience. Since 1995, he has served as Dean of Mohawk University, the training arm of Mohawk Industries, where he developed the university’s retail sales training curriculum.
