Gerry Swift


The flooring contractors association (FCICA), has elected Gerry Swift of Potomac Floor Covering (Chantilly, Va.) as chairman for 2011-2012 and Bruce Reeve of Flooring Services (Livonia, Mich.) as vice chairman. Terms will begin July 1.

In addition to Swift and Reeve, the 2011-2012 executive board includes: secretary/treasurer, Mike Roberts, Bonitz Flooring Group, Knoxville; vice chairman of associates, Ralph Frye, Mats Inc., Stoughton, Mass.; and past chairman, Christopher Capobianco, Christopher Collaborative Inc., Long Island, N.Y. Continuing as FCICA’s exec vp is Kimberly E. Oderkirk.

Bruce Reeve

New to the board of directors, serving until 2014 are: Madeleine Bayless, RFMS, Tuscaloosa, Ala.; Sim Crisler, LGM Associates, Dalton; and Brent Fike, Flexco, Tuscumbia, Ala. The FCICA board of directors serve a three year rotational term.
