Jamann Stepp Joins Dixie as VP Hard Surfaces

Dalton, Ga. -- As of July 30, Jamann Stepp has joined The Dixie Group as vice president of hard surfaces, reporting to T.M. Nuckols, president of the residential division. Stepp brings more than 20 years of experience in hard surfaces, including his most recent position as director of marketing and product management for the USFloors division of Shaw. TDG Residential successfully entered the luxury vinyl flooring segment in 2017 and the high-end hardwood segment in 2018. These launches, combined with Stepp’s leadership skills and market knowledge, create a foundation for new avenues of growth and profitability for The Dixie Group, the company said.
