Bona recently announced that it is launching Bona R540, a multipurpose, damp-proofing primer specially designed to mitigate vapor transmission on wood subfloors. Available now, Bona R540 mitigates potential moisture issues in new construction and can be used as a sealer for concrete subfloors up to 95%RH & 18lbs (when applied as a two-coat system). With excellent penetration properties, Bona R540 increases adhesion over sealed plywood floors and is an easy-to-use, one-component product.
