MSFA fetes Pat Fell as Person of the Year

The Maryland State Floorcovering Association (MSFA) named Pat Fell, technical advisor and a sales associate with the Baltimore-based L. Fishman & Son distributorship, recipient of its annual Person of the Year Award during a recent banquet at the Sheraton Columbia Inn in Columbia, Md. The event featured hors d'oeuvres and dinner, followed by a general meeting.
