NAFCD announces educational teleconference schedule

CHICAGO--The National Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) has announced the schedule for its fourth annual teleconference program. This year’s teleconferences will be presented by Dave Kahle of DaCo Corp.

The 2002 teleconferences will cover a variety of topics including managing difficult customers and building positive business relationships.
Registration for each teleconference costs $125 for members and $225 for non-members for the first location or phone line. Each additional location or phone line is $50 for members and $99 for non-members.
