Sweepstakes finalists attend Congoleum awards gala

Ten finalists in Congoleum’s Cash Call Sweepstakes attended an awards gala Nov. 18 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. Sue Armstrong of A&A Decorative Design, Shippensburg, Pa., was awarded the $100,000 Grand Prize.

Other prizes included: a trip to London and Paris via the Queen Elizabeth II luxury liner and Concorde supersonic aircraft, which was awarded to Janice Kneece of Kneece Floor Covering in Leesville, S.C.; a Hawaiian tour won by Andrew Schandl of Tumwater, Wash.-based Floor Express; and a stay at the Canyon Ranch Spa in Tuscon, Ariz., which went to Bruce Froseth of Fargo Linoleum Co. in Fargo, N.D.

Donna Meyers of Chambersburg, Pa.-based Floor Covering International won a trip to the Bahamas, while Isabel Castellanos of Prosource in Salinas, Calif. and Karen Vilfroy of A&H Floor Covering of Ceres, Calif. won trips to Las Vegas. Rounding out the prizes were two round-trip plane tickets to anywhere in the continental United States or Canada which were won by Rodney Bywater of R&K Floorcovering in Brigham City, Utah; Mitchell Kreinberg of Union, N.J.-based Jasco Tile; and Patrick Sackett of Laydwell Carpet One in Menasha, Wis.
