Foamex restructures management, CEO Chorman adds presidency

Following a reorganization of the Foamex International Inc. senior management team, CEO Thomas E. Chorman has added the responsibilities of company president.

In addition, George Karpinski, senior vice president and treasurer, has been named interim chief financial officer. Steven Drap, formerly executive vice president of Strategic Planning and Development, has been named executive vice president of Carpet Cushion. Drap replaces Terry Kall, who retired Nov. 8.
