Invironmentalists network merges with StarNet co-op

The Invironmentalists Commercial Services Network has merged with StarNet Commercial Flooring Cooperative. The combined group will hold 137 firms and 230 locations nationwide and continue to be known as StarNet Commercial Flooring Cooperative.
The agreement gives StarNet the exclusive rights to installation, maintenance and lift technologies previously associated with The Invironmentalists Commercial Services Network. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
