MAPEI offers Mapesonic SM, a sound-reduction and crack-isolation sheet membrane for ceramic tile and stone. Designed to be applied to the substrate before the flooring is installed, Mapesonic SM is also formulated to prevent in-plane cracks up to 3/8” from showing through.
