Välinge terminates license with Jiangsu Licheer Wood Co.

Välinge has terminated its license agreement on glueless mechanical locking system with the Chinese laminate producer Jiangsu Licheer Wood Co., Ltd. The license is terminated due to non-compliance with the contractual provisions of the license agreement, according to Välinge.
Jiangsu Licheer Wood Co., Ltd can no longer claim to be a licensee of Välinge, nor can the company continue to produce products utilizing this unique patented technology to their customers under their now terminated agreement, Välinge said in a statement. The company has been holding a license for Välinge's 2G locking system since 2007, used on their laminate products.
