Lack of qualified installers is affecting the flooring industry from the retail level up to manufacturing. After all, if you can’t install it, you can’t sell it.

In January, Scott Humphrey, the WFCA and leaders within the flooring industry have launched the Floor Covering Education Foundation. Its mission is to create an industry-wide, permanent solution to the shortage of installers.
