Mohawk announces solid hardwood price increase

Mohawk announces it will raise prices on all Mohawk brand solid hardwood products, up to 10%, on products shipped on or after March 1, 2013.

“Our company remains committed to providing innovative, market driven products in conjunction with exceptional service,” said Jamie Byrne, senior vice president of hard surfaces, Mohawk Flooring.  “Unfortunately, the sustained rise in raw material costs in hardwood continue to outpace our productivity initiatives,” said Byrne.
