The next Wood Floor Covering Association (WFCA) sponsored week-long  Certified Flooring Installers Association (CFI) installation training and certification event is in Los Angeles, Sept. 9 to 12. The event is hosted by Traxx Corp and will be held at their location in Pomona, Calif.

CFI training and certification for residential resilient installation is being offered on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept 9 to 10, as well as the carpet installation inspection workshop. The laminate/wood and carpet installation training and certification are both scheduled for Thursday and Friday, Sept 11 to 12.  

The cost per course is $495. WFCA members get a $200 discount per class, taking the $495 fee to $295. In addition to this discount, the event is eligible for Wood Flooring Association (WFCA) Trade Scholarships paying 50% of the discounted registration fee.
