Armstrong has expanded its American Scrape Hardwood collection.

Armstrong Industries has added walnut and cherry species to its American Scrape Hardwood collection.

According to the company, the new floors have a lighter, more refined scrape, with rich colors and sculpted wide planks that offer the authentic look of a vintage hand-scraped floor.

Armstrong said, American Scrape features richly textured solid and engineered hardwood floors, inspired by the rugged beauty of the American landscape. The new walnut and cherry floors have a luxurious feel and the light scraping style creates the perfect combination of hand-crafted and time-worn texture. Available in six-inch wide planks, color options include stylish grays and dark browns in walnut and elegant gold and brown finishes in cherry.

Each floor is made in the U.S. and a portion of the sales from the American Scrape collection is dedicated to supporting Homes for Our Troops (HFOT), a national non-profit, non-partisan organization that builds specially adapted homes for the nation’s severely injured veterans.
