The American Institute of Architects' Committee on Architecture for Education is recognizing 11 projects for state-of-the-art designs of schools and learning centers.
In the inaugural DesignFWD Education digital summit on Wednesday, Oct. 28, the attendees will engage with peers and thought leaders as they explore a progressive approach to education design in a mix of live and on-demand content to equip students and staff in educational environments to thrive in an evolving learning landscape.
With two decades of experience in design and marketing luxury products, Suzanne Zurfluh will enhance Emser’s strategy and broaden its position in product development and trend forecasting.
“The Sector series is based on the combinations of three different textures made of assorted geometric shapes of differing heights to recreate the diverse levels and layers that compose our cities,” Laura Grilli, lead product designer for Daltile.
The program comes to life in The House that Diversity Built, an Oct. 8 webinar with participating designers discussing the cultural influences and product perspectives that went into the creation of their respective rooms.
“The My City series harnesses the energy of the big city with geometric lines inspired by the transit systems found in three of the most dynamic cities in the world: New York, London, and Shanghai,” said Laura Grilli, lead product designer for Daltile.
Some 350 showrooms across AmericasMart® Atlanta’s Open Year Round home décor, gift and apparel collections will be showcased in multiple buying opportunities through the end of 2020.
