Arley Wholesale will be hosting its 14th Annual Arley Wholesale Tile & Stone Exposition on Tuesday, July 12, again at the celebrated Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton, Pa. This will conclude the three-day celebration, which will include the highly popular Arley Golf Classic on Monday.
Arley’s president, Scott Levy, will give his annual business forecast speech at the Sunday dinner gala. Then, on Monday, the event will move to the Glen Oak Country Club for the golf outing. According to Levy, “Arley has been fortunate that in 2016 both sales and profits are up… and, the market is very good at the moment. The partnership between Arley, its customers and its suppliers has never been stronger.”
To keep the event fresh, Arley is planning some major changes/upgrades this year. Whereas last year there was a record turnout, for the 2016 event, they are optimistic for another increase in total attendance. For the Expo, the floor plan will be changed. Sundries (a large part of Arley’s “full-service supplier” commitment to its customer base) and tile products will have their own separate areas so that Arley’s suppliers and customers can concentrate on their specialized areas. Tile will all be in the grand ballroom while sundries will all be together in the adjacent hall.
As always, Arley will be featuring new and innovative, cutting-edge products emphasizing color and current designs. The firm’s private label program, Qualis Ceramica, will feature several special offers. Additionally, attendees will learn of Arley’s strategic extra steps used to protect the private label program so many of its customers have embraced.
Levy added, “Our Riviera Collection of higher end products will offer large incentives for customers to feature in their showrooms. The products will be sold through an authorized dealer network that will give our retail partners an incredible opportunity to make solid margins on inventoried material. We can’t wait to tell both customers and prospects about how they will be able to prosper with this program!
“The Arley Commercial Division is growing,” Levy continued. “The addition of Florim’s 2 x 4 x 6mm slabs is very exciting, and includes a solid group of supporting products. This product range is great for banks, hospitality, offices and other high-end residential installation work. Right at our event, Florim will be offering CEU credits related to usage of slab material on Tuesday, July 12th, and will be running installation seminars on all three days of the event."
Additional items to be offered at Arley’s Expo will be porcelain exterior pavers, new Arley Marketing Tools, Closeouts on Sale, New Stocking Programs and also a well thought-out “Guaranteed Stock Program.”
One special offering will take place on the golf course at hole #10. A brand new car will be on display at the tee, and will be awarded to anyone who scores a hole-in-one on the hole.
