Patcraft's “Transforming Performance” campaign highlights inspirational stories that expand thinking about performance beyond a product to include how it impacts the world around us.

By exploring the broad spectrum of what performance means to its customers and those that stand upon its products, Patcraft aims to encourage deeper conversation—beyond how well a product will perform on the floor. Patcraft is collaborating with its customers to support human performance, including productivity, health and wellness.

“Patcraft is recognized for its product durability and leadership in performance-driven markets, but our commitment to performance extends beyond this narrow view of the topic,” said marketing director, Jeff West. “Performance is much more than density or TARR rating. What we put into our flooring reflects what we believe you should get out of it, which is withstanding the demands of the environment and also allowing for healing, learning and collaboration.”

Patcraft’s ‘Transforming Performance’ campaign shares inspirational stories of performance—from a street artist to a music program with social impact, to high performance automobile racing. The series kicks off with the story of Atlanta-based artist, HENSE, known for transforming neighborhoods with large-scale public art.

The series also will feature:

•The Atlanta Music Project, a non-profit organization that is transforming lives by giving children in underserved neighborhoods access to music education.

•K-Pax auto racing, a group that combines driver technique with automobile performance for flawless execution.

“By sharing diverse stories of performance in the world around us, we hope to inspire innovation and new ways of doing things," said West. "Through the lens of performance, we ask ourselves, 'how can carpet transform space like what’s possible through public art;’ ‘how can we combine the concepts of road traction to designing a hard surface with improved slip resistance;’ 'how can our products inspire social change?’”
