Ceramiche Caesar Launches “Cross Design Contest 2017”

The Cross Design Contest 2017, an international contest organized by Ceramiche Caesar, is open until July 15. Architects, designers, interior designers, and academy or university students can submit a project for one of the environments of the Caesar Gallery, the new showroom at the headquarters of the company in Fiorano Modenese, Italy, to be opened in September, 2017. Participants will use one of three moods identified in Cross Design 2016/2017, the magazine dedicated to the latest design trends published Ceramiche Caesar to create an architectural project using Caesar products. Caesar will provide the dimensions and plan of the space, the textures of the collections to use, and mood board tools.

A five-member jury will select the best three projects with evaluation criteria. The first place winner will receive a €5,000 prize, the opportunity to have their project realized in the Caesar Gallery, an interview with a trade magazine, and will be a guest of Caesar at Cersaie 2017. The second and third place winners will also take part in Cersaie 2017 and will be awarded prizes of €3,000 and €2,000 respectively. There will also be a “Web Award” special mention. The project most popular online will be awarded a prize offered by Archiproducts.
