noraplan lona, from nora systems, was awarded the Plus X Award. The new rubber flooring attained three out of seven Plus X seals of approval for high quality, functionality and ergonomics, receiving the most seals of approval and thus also named the “Best Product of 2017” in the floor coverings category. noraplan lona scored points for its durable and functional advantages, such as longevity, ecology, and favorable life cycle costs, in addition to its design.
The award jury, with representatives from 25 sectors, has chosen the winner of the Plus X Award since 2003. The High-Quality category is awarded to products of the highest durability and longevity. The Functionality category recognizes a product that goes beyond basic operations and performs particularly efficiently, while remaining user-friendly. Lastly, the Ergonomics category highlights the most people-oriented products that are easy to handle and comfortable to use.
