The Shanghai New International Expo Center will be the meeting point for flooring professionals again for the 20th anniversary edition of Domotex asia/ChinaFloor. Show organizers reported that more than 80% of the exhibit space has been booked.
As of September, international brands occupy more than 21% of the total confirmed exhibiting space. Some of the world’s leading brands will be part of this Domotex asia/ChinaFloor, including Armstrong, Gerflor, U.S. Floors, Tarkett, Beaulieu, and Mannington. The exhibition ground in 2018 is comprised of 12 halls, with 5 dedicated to carpet and rugs, 4 to wood, laminate, cork, bamboo, other hard floors and FloorTech, and 3 halls dedicated to resilient floorings for commercial, industrial, and residential purposes, as well as more than 15,000 square meters of outdoor exhibiting space. Special areas will be created for all exhibitors participating in the InnovAction program, the flooring platform that enables exhibitors to launch their newest innovative products.
Luxury Brands carpet show will also return for the second time, showcasing handmade rugs brands as well as new designers. Cadex conferences and events, Materia exhibition, a showcase in the field of innovative materials, the Floor Heating forum, and the Hospital Space Design forum, will also be present in 2018 along with new launches, like the Wood & PVC Wallboard showcase and the winter sports themed events in the Sports Flooring Forum.
