Horizon Forest Products announced that Chad Porter will be taking an inside sales position at its Raleigh, N.C., branch. Prior to accepting this new position, Porter worked as a driver for Horizon Forest Products. He was recognized as great candidate for this new position because he went beyond the requirements of his job by handing out samples and information about the new Garnica plywood line during his deliveries. His hard work and initiative directly contributed to successful sales results, according to the company.
“Chad has been a tremendous addition to our team,” said David Guistwite, Raleigh cabinet branch leader at Horizon Forest Products. “He stepped right in and started helping us promote new products while delivering materials with great customer service, which helped boost our sales.”
