Lancaster, Pa. – Armstrong Flooring recently promoted four employees, Denise Bird, Lindsey Groft, Debra Lechner, and Mike Penney, to vice president.
Bird was promoted to vice president of customer service, with responsibility for customer service, technical services, data management, and orders and shipments. Previously director of customer service, Bird has worked for the company for 34 years. She earned her bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and manufacturing science from Pennsylvania State University.
