Delta Hardwood Flooring Purchases Finishing Lines from Lumber Liquidators

Delta Hardwood Flooring has purchased the finishing lines and related equipment from Lumber Liquidators. As part of their quarterly report, Lumber Liquidators released details of the agreement wherein Delta has agreed to sell finished products and provide certain services to Lumber Liquidators moving forward. This agreement will represent approximately one quarter of the unit production previously handled in the Lumber Liquidators Toano, Virginia facility, with the balance being supplied by other third-party, unaffiliated vendors.

“This new agreement is clearly beneficial for all involved,” said Randy Bowers, president and founder of Delta. “We’re ready to launch our Frank Lloyd Wright Collection through Lumber Liquidators, and by adding finishing capabilities, we will now be producing all phases of our quality hardwood flooring collections. We have the space, the manpower and with the move of the finishing lines to our Boonville, New York facility… we have the ability to handle every aspect of flooring production."
