Select Interior Concepts Announces Acquisition of Tuscany Collection

Anaheim, Calif. -- Select Interior Concepts announced that its Architectural Surfaces Group subsidiary acquired substantially all the assets of Tuscany Collection, a distributor of natural stone, quartz and tile in Las Vegas. The transaction allows ASG to provide superior service to the current customer base in the Las Vegas market, and expands ASG’s footprint to 22 locations across the U.S.

Since 2004, Tuscany Collection has built a strong business focused on exotic stone slabs and unique architectural surface offerings in a boutique setting. Tuscany Collection also has strong local commercial relationships that ASG will leverage to support the sale of additional ASG products. Tuscany Collection will continue to operate under its current brand name, but its alignment with ASG’s Modul Marble brand and strategy will aid in uniting with existing ASG divisions.
