Aterian Investment Partners Acquires Xpress Global Systems

New York -- Aterian Investment Partners, a private investment firm, announced that one of its affiliates has acquired Xpress Global Systems, the Chattanooga, Tenn.-based carrier of rolled floor coverings including, carpet, area rugs, turf, and hard surface floor coverings. Founded in 1986, XGS operates 28 service centers across the United States servicing more than 3,000 customers.
