Halstead, Home Depot and Välinge Settle Pending U.S. Litigation

Halstead, Home Depot and Välinge together with I4F have reached an out-of-court settlement of a pending litigation in the United States relating to Isocore, Lifeproof, Allure Ultra and Home Decorators-branded products. The companies entered into a confidential settlement agreement to fully resolve the legal case between them, that has now been withdrawn on the joint request of the parties by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

I4F and Välinge said in a statement that they satisfied that this settlement permits all parties to go forward with their activities and makes good sense for the involved parties.
