Horizon Forest Products Hires Operations Manager for Houston Branch
With this new addition to the Houston leadership team, Horizon aims for higher efficiency in how it stocks its inventory and quicker fufullment of customer orders. Alvar comes to Horizon Forest Products with over 11 years of industry-specific experience and eager to launch Houston’s operation abilities into overdrive.
Prior to starting with Horizon Forest Products, Alvar worked with McCoy’s Building Supply for 11 years in Eagle Pass, Texas. During his time at McCoy’s, he was the warehouse manager for over 9 years.“We are excited to welcome Joe Alvar to the Horizon Forest Products family,” said Gaby Martinez, Houston branch manager. “Alvar comes to us with ample experience in the industry as well as experience in leading a strong Operations department.
