Based in New York, Mike Musillo, joins the team in the role of general sales manager for all showrooms, along with Rigo Quintero, in the role of senior stone estimator. Carol Meade will join the team at Nemo’s Philadelphia location in the position of A&D account manager. Each new team member is equipped with extensive experience in the tile and stone industry that will further bolster Nemo as a resource for architects and interior designers, providing exemplary customer service and unparalleled expertise.

Equipped with over 40 years of industry experience, Musillo manages, develops, and leads a team of skilled sales professionals in his new role. In this role, Musillo actively increases showroom profits through the implementation of a comprehensive customer experience model dispersed amongst the sales staff. Previously, Musillo held the position of vice president for Richmond Tile & Bath in Staten Island for over 35 years. Mike began his career in the tile and stone industry in 1979 and has since grown to actively manage inventory levels, cash flows, disbursements to vendors and leverage relationships to optimize working capital levels, maximize profits, and meet customer demands.

Quintero’s position draws upon a comprehensive understanding of the complex estimating and bidding process in the commercial sector. In his previous position, working with a fabrication company, Quintero gained a unique and invaluable perspective that stands to inform the showroom’s sales team on sharing accurate and thoughtful recommendations to clients. Large stone projects will be Rigo’s focus, orchestrating and executing project directives from the New York showroom.

In her position, Meade is responsible for identifying, quoting, and generating tile and stone sales in the Philadelphia market. Based in the company’s new showroom, she maintains relationships with architecture and design firms aiming to specify tile and stone for projects of every classification. Meade and her team share details on Nemo Tile + Stone's offerings through showroom events and area trade shows. In her ten-year tenure within the architecture and design industry, Meade has grasped and accomplished a deep understanding of the marketplace’s idiosyncrasies, yielding top sales in her position. Previously, she worked in the Information Technology industry.
