Bonitz Inc. has announced a strategic reorganization of its senior leadership team. The changes are designed to “better position the evolving organization…while also allowing a renewed focus in delivering remarkable customer experience,” the company said. News of the reorganization was communicated to associates during the 2019 National Sales Meeting last month.

The new structure organizes all core business operations—including flooring, ceilings, walls, cladding, floor care, and terrazzo—under the leadership of four senior vice presidents. With the changes, each regional leader will assume full regional responsibility of multiple divisions and operations, including P&L, talent acquisition and development, sales, project management, corporate risk and community investment.

The realignment is as follows:

Phil Ashley - Atlanta, Augusta, Greenville, Knoxville
Rhett Seel - Asheville, Charleston, Columbia, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh
Dan Tilley - Charlotte, Fort Myers, Nashville, New Orleans, Richmond
Rhett Seel - Raleigh, Roanoke, Winston-Salem

“Merging our commercial flooring and contracting divisions into One Bonitz allows us to truly achieve our mission and deliver one customer experience,” said Pete Larmore, president and CEO of Bonitz.

In addition to the operational leadership provided by Ashley, Seel, Tilley, and Wade, the Bonitz senior leadership team is represented in corporate services by Ryan Andrew (senior vice president and chief people officer), Doug Dozier (senior vice president and CFO), and Tom McNany (senior vice president and chief information officer).
