J+J Flooring Group presents Fabrications, a carpet tile collection that celebrates the artistry and complexities of handcrafted textiles. The J+J design studio explored the similarities and differences in the journeys of textiles and carpet, from fiber to yarn to backing and finishing. Each of the three patterns in Fabrications draws inspiration from the textures, patterns, and finishes that are unique to the textile-making process.
Stria features a linear application of color with space dye striations interrupting the continuity of the lines creating a vivid pattern and texture. Available in 12X48” carpet planks, Stria is offered in 14 colorways ranging from neutrals to color options. A 24X24” tip-sheared carpet tile, Fractured Plaid is an abstract translation of applied patchwork patterning with a soft tip shear that brings a sense of cohesion for versatile, chic interiors. Like Stria, Fractured Plaid is also available in 14 colorways. With its subtle, weathered herringbone design, Twill Weave is a 24X24” tip-sheared patterned loop carpet tile product that delivers a relaxed foundation for a wide range of commercial interiors.
