Agawam, Mass. -- Sound Seal recently announced that it has acquired Flemington, N.J.-based Acoustical & Tackable Surfaces Inc. ATS is a long time manufacturer and installer of acoustical wall and ceiling panels. The manufacturing of ATS panels will be immediately transitioned to Sound Seal’s manufacturing facility in Agawam, Mass.
