Interior Logic Group Completes Acquisition of Mike’s Flooring Companies

Irvine, Calif. -- Interior Logic Group, Inc. announced the acquisition of Mike’s Flooring Companies. The acquisition significantly enhances the presence of ILG's Property Services division on the East Coast and enables ILG to serve multifamily builders, single-family rentals and large property owners in all major markets nationwide.

Based in Chantilly, Va., Mike’s Flooring has performed installations in more than 750,000 apartments and homes along the East Coast over the last 30 years and has built strong partnerships with major developers and building owners. These partners rely on Mike’s Flooring for next day installations, pre-and-post installation inspection teams, and Mike’s extended geographic reach.
